The price does not include additional taxes, fees, and surcharges.

Return Request Guidelines

To initiate a return, ensure that your item meets the following criteria: it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Commence the return process by reaching out to us at talmaslavi@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label, along with comprehensive instructions on where and how to dispatch your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items, as shipping costs are non-refundable. However, in instances of product defects or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. If you identify any defects, damages, or if there's an error in your received item, contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue and take corrective action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware that damaged or worn goods are ineligible for a refund. Items marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards or items purchased from other stockists.

Exchanges

For a speedy exchange process, return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for your desired item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method (unless otherwise agreed) within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval, reach out to us at talmaslavi@gmail.com. Note that when processing refunds through Paypal, additional fees may apply. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund any custom charges or sales tax.
