The price does not include additional taxes, fees, and surcharges.
Return Time limit
Please note that returns will not be accepted if initiated more than 14 days after receiving your order. Ensure you start the return process within this timeframe to be eligible. The return must be arranged by the customer, who is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Return Request Guidelines
To initiate a return, please ensure the item meets the following criteria: it must be in the same condition as when received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: we do not provide a return shipping label — the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering its cost.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully.
If you notice any defect, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and offer a solution.
In case the item develops damage or wear over time due to use, you are welcome to reach out to us as well — we’ll do our best to assist, depending on the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that damaged or worn goods are ineligible for a refund. Items marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards or items purchased from other stockists.
Exchanges
For a speedy exchange process, return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for your desired item.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method (unless otherwise agreed) within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval, reach out to us at info@talmaslavi.com. Note that when processing refunds through Paypal, additional fees may apply. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund any custom charges or sales tax.
